HOMECOMING....almost.

Well today, December 24th ( Christmas Eve ), and Adam still is not home yet.. :/ Originally he was supposed to be home on the 23rd, but not its changed until tomorrow, Christmas Day, around 5-6pm. Im here, in Jacksonville, already and I have been since the 21st. It's been pretty lonely, but I've been making the best out of it. His friend, and one of my best friends Mat, is home already and has been hanging out with me a bunch and has been taking me to the store & anywhere that I need to go. He even helped me decorate my hotel room for Christmas!

^ I think the decorations came out pretty cute! :) I most deff. feel more Christmas-y now, even if I may be alone until tomorrow. 

This whole deployment has taught me so much about myself and the fact that it SHOULD be over already and isn't.. well that's just the USMC for ya. BUT regardless of all of this I know that I am very lucky to be getting him back because there are many families who wont have their loved ones home for the holidays. So despite the series of unfortunate events, I am very blessed this holiday season.
