Work it out

I have never been big on working out & the most physical activity I ever did in my life was running cross country for all four years of high school. And that may seem like a lot, but it never really helped me loose weight, just kept me in shape.

However, lately, I have finally gotten fed up with how lazy I am and have decided to do something about it. I have been working out, in my own little workout routine for about 3 weeks now. I have been eating WAY more healthier then I ever have before too, and I'm finally starting to feel better about myself!

Basically there is one major routine that I do everyday,

It was super hard to start off on this, I know it looks way easy, but believe me.. it's not as easy as it looks! 
It is 100% worth it though, it hurts like hell every time I do it BUT I'm loving my results! 

Sometimes I go to the gym too, but mostly I just do what I can at my house. I'm a pretty shy person, so I generally like doing things at my house more then going out in public places like the gym where people can watch me, all sweaty and gross. 

Eating healthy has made my progress so much better, I never realized how much junk food I actually ate until  I cut it out completely! 
It helps tremendously that my husband is a Marine too, he has to stay in shape for his job so we work together to reach our goals. It's so fun to workout with him!
